From shippers: your name, company, email, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and shipment details. From carriers: company and contact details, NSC number, fleet details and insurance documents.

3. Why we collect it

To prepare quotes, arrange and track shipments, invoice, verify carriers and contact you about your shipments.

4. Who we share it with

The carrier assigned to your load receives the pickup and delivery details it needs to move the freight. Service providers that run our website and send our email process your information on our behalf. We don't sell personal information.

5. Marketing emails

We only send emails about open trucks and lane updates if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it for business and legal records, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@vultbuxelogistics.ca.
