1. Our role

Vultbuxe Logistics, a division of Vultbuxe Solutions Inc., arranges transportation of freight using independent, insured carriers.

2. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 24 hours and are based on the information you give us. Changes to weight, addresses, wait time or accessorials may change the price.

3. Accessorials

The first 2 hours at pickup and at delivery are free; after that, detention is charged by the hour at the rate shown on your quote. Layovers, extra stops and tailgate deliveries are charged in addition to the line-haul rate.

4. Shipper responsibilities

You agree to describe the freight accurately, package and load it properly, and not to tender hazardous goods unless we have agreed to it in writing.

5. Payment

Payment is due on delivery for new customers. Approved accounts may be offered net 30 terms. GST applies.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at no charge before a truck is dispatched. If you cancel after dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply, and we will tell you the amount before you are charged.

7. Claims and liability

Visible loss or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt, and all claims must be reported to us in writing within 60 days of delivery. Liability is subject to the carrier's cargo insurance and applicable Canadian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
